Fabricae Stainless recently completed a project in a Sydney ice cream factory. The project brief was to design, fabricate, install and commission a Dipping Station for new product development and testing. Included in the dipping station are four mobile jacketed stainless steel tanks with heating and cooling capabilities. Chocolate, different sauces and inclusions are being tested.
